Vicki Morrey - Chief Executive

Vicki Morrey is Prospect's Chief Executive. Vicki joined Prospect during December 2004 after working in the palliative care sector for a number of years and was previously Chief Executive of St. David's Foundation Hospice Care in South Wales.

Tony Dancyger - Medical Director

Tony has worked at Prospect since the old hospice opened in 1980 and has been Medical Director for the past two and a half years. Tony is also a GP in Swindon.

Debbie Ho - Patient Services Director

Debbie has worked at Prospect since 1997 and has overall responsibility for our patient services and our skilled and experienced muti-professional team.

Peter Small – Finance & Facilities Director

Peter joined Prospect at the beginning of 2004 after many years in the private sector. A Chartered Accountant, Peter has extensive experience in both general and financial management.

Yvonne Hanley - HR & Volunteer Services Manager

Yvonne joined Prospect in October 2006 following a successful career in the private sector.  Yvonne is responsible for developing, implementing and managing the HR strategy; she is also responsible for the recruitment, training and deployment of our volunteers.
